Allstate interview questions

Interview for this position consist of 3 separate interviews in which the 1st interview is over the phone and very basic, the 2nd interview is over Zoom and consist of 2 - 3 STAR questions and another 2 - 3 general questions about job related experience.

Virtual - the pandemic caused to hold the interview over the Internet and it went very well and was thorough. Afterward we discussed base pay, benefits and position structure. It was a good interview nd made me want to accept the offer.
