Allstate Claim Adjuster interview questions

Allstate has a 3 step process. A Prescreen followed by 2 interview separate interviews. Interviews were behavioral and situational. Panel interviews completed via zoom. There were 2 or theee questions each. Interviewers followed up with more probing questions.

Formal interview that discussed previous experience. Asked questions related to ability to handle different types of auto claims. Overall, positive interview experience. Interview was completed with two people present plus the individual interviewing.
