Allstate Claim Adjuster interview questions

Phone interview with HR, followed by in-person interview with 2-3 individuals. During the in-person I interview you get to shadow someone to get a feel for the role. I would encourage any applicant as many questions as possible to get a full understanding of what the role entails.

Be prepared to answer questions that they feel determine whom you are but in reality life just isn't that black and white. Every situation is different and not everyone sees difficulty the same
