There was an initial interview over the phone with an uninterested HR representative. Asked simple questions about skills, interests, hobbies, etc. Afterwards invited to an in person interview with hiring manager. Outlined job expectations, inquired to intent of working with company.

Interview
This hiring procewss is smooth from start to finish. Interview was moderate in difficulty. They ask a lot of situational questions about problem solving and time handling. There appears to be a large focus on customer service in the interview. The interview included two people. One was apporachable and the other seemed like they had better things to do then spend an hour with me. The office workers appeared friendly to one another and professional. It was a quiet office when I went in.
