Allied Universal interview questions

I applied for a position and scheduled an interview. The interview was not in person, Allied sent me a link. I clicked the link and waited over 20 minutes for the hiring manager. No one showed up for the interview. I've rescheduled for another interview, I've also email the hiring manager multiple times with questions about the position and I've never received a reply. At this point I've considered to look for another position with another company.
