Spent about 20 minutes for her to decide she wanted to push me onward, then she spent the next 90 minutes coaching me on the interview process. Did the interview via online video conference. Only two of four people were on the call; the hiring manager jumped into the room, didn't say anything, was there for maybe 10 minutes of an hour-long interview, left.
