I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Allied Universal
Interview
Online application, then phone screen with the AU recruiter. Spent about 20 minutes for her to decide she wanted to push me onward, then she spent the next 90 minutes coaching me on the interview process. Did the interview via online video conference. Only two of four people were on the call; the hiring manager jumped into the room, didn't say anything, was there for maybe 10 minutes of an hour-long interview, left. The two interviewers were quite different; one was engaged and had obviously prepared; and the other was clearly bored, doing it out of obligation, and pretty unprepared for the interview.

Interview
Certain hiring managers have certain hiring processes. One hired me same day after a phone interview. The other I had phone interview to come in. Came in at 10:30 only to leave at 12:20 with nothing and have to go back the next day to be low balled for something I didn’t apply to. I left.
