The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Allied Universal (Boston, MA) in Nov 2022
Interview
The first round I was called for a initial screening on the phone. It lasted about 15 minutes. I was then asked to come in for a in person interview. This interview lasted about 30 minutes and this was for a security position. When I left, I was called to come back to speak to one of the hiring managers after speaking to one of the managers, I guess they like me for another position they offered three dollars more, I then was asked to fill out a whole bunch of information online for background check and a questionnaire. I kept on emailing and calling the manager every Friday or in the beginning of the week to figure out any process and they aren’t really active or they just don’t care. Because a month and a half later, I actually had to go in to speak to one of the managers of hiring managers to figure out what was going on because I heard nothing from anybody. I saw this is very unprofessional, having to wait this long as well as continuously contacting them and seeing that they weren’t being proactive. for a place that has high turnover you think they would be actually trying to hire people and give better pay
