Alight Solutions Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

It was done through a third party agency. after 6 months of contract with them i became permanent. It was long but i don't regret it. It went smooth, many questions were asked but it was too difficult.

Very easy, through google hangout, very thorough. I was comfortable and enjoy speaking with the hiring manager. Very professional, questions were straight to the point. Easy to understand and I felt listened to when I asked my own question. I’d give this interview process a 9.5/10
