Interview
Video and written response interview system which is very flawed. Recruiter sent numerous emails requesting interview completion as soon as possible but the system used is horrible. Some questions never shown up for both video response and written. Additionally some of the questions asked where very preposterous. Ex : I am never able to come control my anger or I do not like speaking to people . There is no option 3 it is either or and your choice is what's more relatable to you. For a call center position these questions are not suitable. Fix it.

It was fast at a job fair. Group interview then one on one interview. If hired, it may be a temp to perm position depending on your attendance and work ethic. Dress code is highly enforced. Training is paid and last at least 3 to 4 weeks. Your calls are graded throughout and one on ones are provided to explain your progress and what needs to be improved.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Alight Solutions (The Woodlands, TX) in Jun 2013
Interview
It's a fairly standard behavioral style interview process, which if I'm being honest I am absolutely not a fan of. It seemed more like a personality test than an actual attempt to assess my skill levels
