I applied online. I interviewed at Air Canada (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2019
Interview
Applied Online
Received a phone call from recruitment the next day, she asked a few questions and invited me to the F2F which was two days later
F2F- you attend a recruitment session in which you sign in and hand over all ID requests and are given a number, from there you and everyone is seated in a room in which you fill out a few forms and are given a presentation on the company. Once finished they randomly calls numbers for your F2F. Once completed you go back to the room and wait for the group scenario. In this case groups of 4 were called and you have to tackle a situation given and demonstrate team work and explain how you would address the situation at hand. After this you go back to the room where everyone is and wait for your number to be called with a bunch of other hopeful candidates.
At this point you are either told that you will be called or emailed in 2-3 weeks (a sign you didn't make it or you may eventually hear from them is someone doesn't accept the training or doesn't pass training)
Or
you are given a medical and a language assessment if your 2nd or native language is available to be tested.
I have my medical next week so the process continues.

I applied online. I interviewed at Air Canada (Montreal, QC) in Jan 2019
Interview
Applied online and interviewed on the telephone for the position . The salary was low but benefits included travel and health benefits on day 1. I agreed to a live interview. The live interview was a panel interview ( 3 managers + 1 HR). Overall positive experience however when they made the offer they changed the conditions to a temporary position without most of the benefits offered during the 1st interview.
