Very short, and most were GR questions. the interviewer was not very professional, and the interview was virtual. Also, most of the questions are challenging to answer, not the usual questions.

The application and interview process was extensive and lasted nearly a month. First, there was the application, a personality quiz, a chat-based ai interview, an English test, and finally, a Zoom interview.

If you are knowledgeable and have experiences in customer service industries then it should be fine. Basically they ask questions about how to deal with some problems with customer and how you deal with stress
