Air Canada interview questions

1. Phone Interview - Personal Questions, "Tell me a time when ...", "Have you experienced a time when ... what did you do to succeed? 2. Solo In-Person Interview -Typically the same questions as phone interview. Mostly situational questions. 3. Group Interview - In groups of 5-8 other applicants, you must act as a cabin crew and prioritize/delegate issues on a flight. 4. Language Test - Casual conversation on the phone with an external language professional who will grade you from 1-4 5. Medical Exam - Auditory test, Visual test, blood test, urine test, height test (can you reach high enough to close the overhead bins) and sometimes weight test (how much you can carry).

I did a bot control interview. It was very interesting and I enjoyed the experience. Waiting to hear what’s next to see if I’m selected for phase 2. Will keep updating this.
