Air Canada interview questions

Applied at the beginning of Dec 2015, received an email right after submitting my application for a link to do a recorded video interview at any time of my convenience. The it will say/write the interview questions in either English or French then you have 30 seconds to prepare your answer then it will commence recording you. Once this was completed I received a phone call to schedule a linguistics test in my other language. This phone call from the time you answer until it ends is completely in the language you are proficient at (other than English or French). 3rd interview will be a face to face at the base office which will be later this month. When the 3rd interview appointment was confirmed HR also sent an online assessment of various questions (takes 30-45 mins to complete) such as emotional behavior evaluation, cognitive, spatial, etc questions. They are simple but many so be brain ready.

J'ai reçu un appel pour une première entrevue surprise au téléphone. On m'a posé des questions en anglais et en français pour voir le niveau des deux langues. Les questions étaient simples et cela a duré environ 12 minutes. Ensuite, la personne m'a dit qu'on allait me téléphoner le lendemain matin pour une autre entrevue basée sur la conversation. Je dois maintenant passer l'entrevue en personne dans quelques jours.
