I filled out an application online from their website. After a few weeks, I received a phone call but couldn't get back to them due to phone tagging. Air Canada called me twice, so I called them until they picked up the phone. A few days later, I had two separate language tests. A couple days after, I got an email regarding an emotional IQ and personality test. A few weeks after, I got a phone call for an invitation to an in person interview.
