I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Air Canada (Montreal, QC) in Oct 2016
Interview
Applied online, got phone call after one week for a 20 minute interview. They then scheduled a phone interview for each language. After that no news, called them, they called back to invite me for a f2f interview. Went there, lasted forever.
First, individual interview. The person said it will last 30 minutes, this lasted only 15 minutes.
Then group interview with three other people. Then you wait in a room forever.
Then they start calling people for the "last" procedure. I was simply told to wait 6 to 8 weeks, which in my opinion means I didn't get it. I wish they'd simply say it to your face instead of having the hypocrite approach.
Can anyone comment on this?
I applied online in July. They contacted me for a phone interview in Sept, after which I had two language tests, one in English and one in Mandarin. Also had to do an on-line assessment. They told me they would contact me in 6-8 weeks. The last language test was Sept 14th. Then I got a call on Oct 18th to go in for an in-person interview. Just preparing for that right now.

Irony is that the day I got a mass email of rejection, I got a call from the recruiter about the same job again. When I mentioned I have already interviewed for this position, replied that I might have had 2 profiles.
