Air Canada interview questions

Applied online, got phone call after one week for a 20 minute interview. They then scheduled a phone interview for each language. After that no news, called them, they called back to invite me for a f2f interview. Went there, lasted forever. First, individual interview. The person said it will last 30 minutes, this lasted only 15 minutes. Then group interview with three other people. Then you wait in a room forever. Then they start calling people for the "last" procedure. I was simply told to wait 6 to 8 weeks, which in my opinion means I didn't get it. I wish they'd simply say it to your face instead of having the hypocrite approach. Can anyone comment on this?
