Interview
I applied in August and had a phone interview a couple of weeks in. Then I had a language testing the following week and they told me I'd hear from them in 4-8 weeks if I got an interview. A month later they sent me an email to do an online assessment which took about 45-60 minutes. After that you have no idea if they are still hiring you or not. I got a call this week to go for an interview. So we will see how that goes.

In the phone interview, I got asked have you ever dealt with a difficult customer and how did you resolve it?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Air Canada (Montreal, QC) in Oct 2016
Interview
I applied back in August 2016. I received a phone call sometime in September, where I did a quick 20 minute phone interview. I was then scheduled an over the phone language test. This phone call tested my French language skills, it was no longer than 10 mins and very basic. I received an email for a few online intelligence tests, which took about 1.5 hrs to complete. Received a phone call 2.5 weeks later inviting me to an in person interview in Montreal. Interview day, there were about 35 people there at the same time as me. They called you for a 1 on 1 interview, which lasted about 30-45 mins. If you were successful, you moved on to the group interview. Group interview was easy, flight scenario questions/ how you would handle it. Next was a short video about the "day in the life of a flight attendant". Then I had my medical exam scheduled.. Waiting to do that next week. Will update more then.

Question 1
Why do you want to be a flight attendant? Tell me about a time where you experienced conflict at your job/ how did you deal with it? Tell me about a time when you led a group of people?

Interview
I went through the whole process and went well. The only problem is what AC says in their job posting is completely different when you go through the process. They say it's part time ends up full time. They say Montreal based ends up Tor-Cal-Van based. They say it's AC Rouge ends up AC instead. Dissapointed that they ask for truthulness but they aren't.
