I got a phone call in 2-3weeks. asked if i have 10-15m to talk. It was a phone interview.(simple questions about my previous experience, how much i know about job post..) and then they set me a face 2 face interview. Simultaneously I got an email for online assessment. 2day after(before the interview) I got another call for arranging language tests. Waiting for result.

Interview
In early October I applied for the Bilingual FA position based out of Vancouver based on the fact that I love AC, I am fully trilingual and my work experience is all related to customer service. Upon submitting the application online, I was immediately requested via email to complete a video recorded interview in French and English.
In early November I received a phone interview in French and English from an AC rep in Montreal. She asked various work experience related questions and asked me to complete an online assessment within 72 hrs, a language assessment of my mother tongue the next day and a French and English language assessment two days after that.
At this point I asked what to expect, as the next step and the lady said she was a third party company only doing assessments for AC therefore she had no idea.
I am wondering if anyone else in Vancouver has more info on what and when the training would start and what the next step in the hiring process will be after completing these language assessments?

Over very lengthy process but also very fast. Most of it is due to waiting. Very large groups going into the interview. Make sure you draw from past experiences and communicate clearly. Very straightforward and fun.
