Phone call after online application after language test over the phone which is just basic conversation (English and French). After had to do a few online quizzes for personality, how you handle certain situations and IQ. After 3 Weeks called for a 1 on 1, right after the 1 on 1 if you do well you'll go to a Group Interview, which they look how your speaking voice is, how you interact with fellow crew-members, and solve in flight problems if you do well they'll book an Medical Exam.

1st call was very basic, just a confirmation of whats on your CV followed by an online exam aroubd an hour and then they'll give a schedule for linguistic test over the phone. It was just like normal conversation asking about your plans for the week, hobbies, type of music and some hypothetical questions. Next was the face to face interview, mostly about situations at work
