Hi,
I had a phone interview almost 3 weeks ago followed by online self-evaluation tests and linguistic phone interview the next day. I am aware that it's a long process until the in person interview but I am anxious to find out if I even have the opportunity for F2F. Is there anyone who had a phone interview this month recieved any updates?
It is an extemely long process but I'm sure it will be well worth it.
This is what I went through and it seems to be similar to most postings I've seen on here (in regard to the process/steps).
Jul 2016 - Applied on-line for the FA position.
Aug 2016 - Telephone interview, Language test interviews, On-line pre-employment assessments completed.
Sep 2016 - Received a call to schedule a F2F interview.
Oct 2016 - F2F interview, which consisted of a 1:1 interview followed with a group interview. A medical was scheduled the same day, which took place 2 days later.
Dec 2016 - Received an email indicating that they are still in the process of evaluating candidates and would let me know within the next few weeks, the outcome, either way it goes.
Jan 2017 - I haven't heard anything since the last communication from Dec 2016. I'm not sure where I stand, but I'm hoping I get the outcome I want! I hear AC is a great company to work for!
Anyone else out there that has gone through the same process that may have heard back? I hear the waiting game is a long one... and would love to know how long the wait is??
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Air Canada (Toronto, ON) in Dec 2016
Interview
Once got the phone interview after that took on line IQ test and language interview. 1 week later had the face 2 face interview. Waiting for 3 weeks I got the offering letter by email.
I think too long process, but easy to pass
