Interview
Submitted my resume Christmas Eve 2016
Got a call for a phone interview on January 17th, 2017 which was pretty standard interview questions everyone would be prepared for.
Got invited to a recruitment day on January 27th. This included approx. 35 other applicants. We lined up, showed all of our valid IDs, sat in a large room for 45 mins listening to a slide show about the company. We were numbered, and they began calling numbers randomly. The one on one interview was very easy and laid back with simple questions about you and your past experiences in the customer service industry. Once finished, you went back to the large room and they would call out 4 people to do a group interview in the other room which entailed giving us a situation on an aircraft and amongst ourselves we had to determine the best solutions. Every once in a while a lady would come into the large room and call a few people out & ask them to leave.
I was offered to go for my medical, which is scheduled next week!!
