I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Air Canada (Montreal, QC)
Interview

Interview questions [2]
Question 1
(English) Why do you want to be a flight attendant?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Air Canada (Vancouver, BC) in Oct 2016
Interview
It's a very Long process. First it was a phone interview with basic questions, then there was a second phone interview where you get tested on the languages you speak and then you go in for a face-to-face interview.
Regular flight attendants will interview you. Then there will be a group interview if you get passed on. After the group interview they will ask you your three choices for your base location and in the upcoming week you will have your medical testing.
After a few more weeks they will let you know if you passed and they will give you dates for training. Training is very intense and you have to put your life on pause For 6 to 8 weeks. If you failed two times and your grooming standards or your exams you're out. You really need to work hard in order to stay with Air Canada.
