Interview
There was a phone interview (sample questions below) and a language test over the phone which was just basic conversation. She asked me about myself and if I've traveled before, and asked me to tell her about one of my trips in particular. I found it easy because I prepared some things in French to say ahead of time. I have my face-to-face interview next Saturday! I'm excited.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Air Canada (Toronto, ON) in Oct 2017
Interview
I made it through almost all of the rounds. Very long process taking about 2-3 months. First there were 2 telephone interviews, 2 language assessments over the phone (english, italian, spanish) and then the in-person interviews took a few hours because it was composed of several rounds: First was a private/solo interview, then a group "chat"-open question/answer session with an attendant, then a group/panel round with lots of scenarios and reading out load, then final round asking simply if we prefer english or french and which city we'd prefer to work in/relocate to.

Question 1
Tell us a time that you Anticipated problem & how did u prevent it?
LOTS of scenario questions during the group/panel part of the interview. The one I believe I messed up on was asking what I would do as a flight attendant if I caught a gentleman using the restroom during the flight to smoke, and how I'd handle the problem.
