I answered every question easily and you could tell they were impressed (panel and prescreen telephone interview both) by my answers and experience. Relatively informal and I was overly qualified for the position (as I had performed it many years ago at Air Canada Cargo and have continuously improved my experience level, knowledge and skill over the following years.)

I applied in Toronto and first did a video interview followed by a phone conversation and a language assessment. Then they sent me the behavioural analysis and then they invited me to a face to face interview on oct 14th in Toronto. There I had a one on one followed by group and was given a medical. I had my medical and they called me yesterday to offer me the job and training in February

Because temp, 4 days classroom training with some on the job training sprinkled in. Pre-training checklist requires you to do things on your own time before training. Homework AND online training modules to do at home while in training. Couple of basic tests done through out training.
