I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Air Canada (Montreal, QC) in Apr 2018
Interview
I first got an online interview, then 2 telephone interviews (one about your experience and skills and one to test your language skills), a f2f interview and finally an online assessment. The whole process took about 2-3 weeks, which was a lot shorter than I expected. The response time was also quite fast, after the phone interviews, I got a call the next day right away to set up a f2f interview. The f2f interview was the following weekend, which only gave me 3 days to prepare.
After all of the interviews, I got an email to do an online test which was quite easy, however the GIA test could sometimes be tricky in some parts, but it's not complicated by any means. The next day I got an offer right away, they told me it would take about 2 weeks to let me know, but it only took 3 days. They called me and told me that I got accepted. It is a lengthy process with many steps to take, but it is worth. Just take the time to prepare beforehand, do online research and do practice questions.
Best of lucks on the interviews!
