Interview was smooth. Interviewed online twice; first with recruitment person (short call), and last with user. Last interview have a mock up cs call. Dont be nervous :) Both interview explained the company and overall work. Do ask questions to the interviewers.

The overall recruitment process is really good. They have coordinators to contact and follow up with both the candidate and the interviewer. During my interview, they were interested in my problem-solving skills and knowledge of algorithms. They also asked a few technical questions.

They sent me an email with some sort of IQ / cognitive test to complete which took about 45mins to complete. They replied after a few days with an update which is more than what most companies do!
