Interview
Had a Screening round where interview asked normal behavioural questions. It went well and moved to next rounds i.e system design round.
Here they asked me to explain my current project architecture and asked me to change some of the requirements to check I am able to adjust to the new scenarios. I got rejection after this round.

Interview
There were 3 steps: First one was a prescreening interview with a recruiter. I was asked basic questions about experience with customer service. If you're through, they will send you an online assessment for you to complete later. Lastly, you will get to be interviewed by your future manager and do a couple of roleplays.

Interview
The process took seven weeks from the initial screening interview with the recruiter. I completed a 45-minute online assessment, followed by two video interviews with the team lead and senior lead. The final interview was scheduled with the senior country director, who did not show up without notice or explanation for 2 times. I informed the recruiter about the missed interview but received no response. Consequently, I decided to withdraw my application.
