Agoda interview questions

The interview process was well organised, with regular updates via email. The talent team was generally helpful when it came to answering questions and helping to facilitate the various stages. They require applicants to take an SHL general ability and personality test before the interview rounds begin.

It was a positive interview process of 3 months, where they even shared confidential documents related to the company, and in the end added two additional interview steps to eliminate my candidacy. I found it totally unprofessional. If I wasn't selected, they shouldn't have shared the confidential information. If I was selected, they shouldn't add the additional fake steps to reject me.
