Agoda interview questions

Extremely unsatisfying, unprofessional and frustrating process with a company that promised a lot. Despite what the careers page says, the process lasted north of 4 months after which I still was not given a firm yes or no. During 3 of my 7 interviews, the interviewer arrived late or did not show at all. Didn't leave a great impression of this organisation...

1. Hacker Rank test 2. Skype call. You write some code on a codeshare panel and talk about some architecture classic design. Load balancing and multiple servers. They never provided a feedback even after solicitation, but the interviewee just ignored my message blocking my contact after the request. This represents in my opinion what could it be working there.
