Interview
The process began with a short phone interview which focused on my background (CV). After that, I had a two-week period to complete a programming home assignment (matching challenge). Following the submission of my solution I was summoned to a long face to face technical interview (~2 hrs) with the team lead (one interviewer). We've discussed my solution and several probability and statistics questions. I've got a negative answer about two weeks later, although I could tell that the interview did not go well beforehand. I've been treated fairly and politely along the entire process.

Interview
Phone interview and Analytical test.
Professional interviewer during a phone interview. Able to listen patiently to the answers given. The test for personality, IQ and job related was very much annoying. Most of the times, results comes from ordinary employees doing extraordinary things. If they want genius for the roles, they are in the wrong industry.
