Arranged a face-to-face interview through the HR contact with the Director of Partner Marketing. Went through the substantial building security, and up to the interview room. The interview itself was incredibly informal and was much more a discussion on our respective backgrounds, and a series of cases and what-if scenarios. It does matter that my interviewer was once a consultant, so I'm sure the interviewing style comes from that background. We both recognized that I'm likely too senior for this role, and left on good terms.
