Interview
I received a phone call and had a brief interview with the recruiter and I was called for a face-to-face interview and was told that there were going to be two assessments. The first test is an essay test where you are needed to write a reply in an email form to the customer. If you passed the first test, then you will be moved on to the next stage which is speed typing test and interview. You will also be asked to do roleplay and act as an agent while the interviewer will act as a fussy customer. This will involve your critical thinking and how you approach the customer.

Very simple and relaxed. They were very friendly. Expect questions on work experience, education, hobbies and family background apart from the usual HR questions like strengths and weaknesses, reasons for applying to the company, why you should be hired

The hiring process was very simple and the interview was pretty casual. Both managers were very friendly. However, the process took way too long.
