Aerotek interview questions

Interview was simple, 30 min phone screen followed by about 45 min in person. Very general/basic questions. Hire was through a temp agency, so you are not technically employed with the company you work for.

For the most part it was basically just a breakdown of all that the company is and what the position. The questions were very broad and basic, but they clearly wanted you to have a specific answer relating to a personality trait by my understanding. My interviewer was super friendly and inviting.
