Aerotek interview questions

Moves very fast despite there being 4-5 rounds. Screening, phone interview, in person with director, virtual with regional director, half working day in person and they take you to lunch after the working interview.

The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.
