Aerotek interview questions

Aerotek interviewed me over the phone three times. At the company I presented for 90 min on the sensors I have developed. Then lunch with chairman, then interviews with 1/2 the staff in groups of 1 to 4. Then end with my potential supervisor. Phone interview in a couple weeks with CEO.

I really didn't think it was that bad. I sat down and talked to the manager of the Pittsburgh office, and he was really nice. We basically just had a conversation about my previous experience and what I want out of a job. The manager was really nice, and after the interview was over he gave me some tips on how to interview better and told me that he had no positions available at the moment but to call him come next year when he's hiring again.
