Aerotek interview questions

It began with a phone interview. I was then called in to interview in person. After completing that segment of the interview, I was called upon to show my capability by working alongside a current recruiter. Once it was determined I was a good fit, I was offered the position.

Initial phone interview going through experience, and getting a brief job description. Invited to come in for face to face interview. This consisted of a lengthy behavioral interview in front of a panel of three people asking questions. A bit intimidating, and some questions seemed very tough to come up with when having to come up with answers about things with an explanation of the answer, what you did, and how it resulted. Received a letter in the mail about a month later that I did not receive the job.
