Aerotek interview questions

It was ok overall, did not know it was a contract to hire company. Benefits are not as competitive as other regular companies.

I met with one internal recruiter and one account executive. I liked them both very much. They were very warm and open. I am not very nervous when it comes to interviews but this one was a piece of cake. They were very professional but made it feel like a conversation. I accepted the offer to continue the interview process. Today I have the second interview and they told me there might be a chance I do the third one today as well. Their interview process is pretty lengthy but I think its important because they are really selective about hiring the right staff. I'm excited to see what happens next!
