It was actually similar to the customer service position in travel industry. Needed to complete a test first before meeting with the interviewer. The test consists of mainly grammar multiple questions (40 questions if I am not mistaken) for English test, around 5 short answer questions (e.g., Which one do you think is more important? Money or work?) for Chinese test. After 30 minutes, test was collected and I was given some time to prepare for the next three questions (situations), which required me to answer the questions like a customer service officer using two different languages. The first question was about customer enquires, second one was related to sales, and the last one was customer complaint. I prepared for all the questions but the interviewer straightly jumped to the customer complaint question. He pretended to be the customer, and honestly, that customer was really hard to deal with...The previous candidate told me that she left the interview before it finished because she couldn't stand that "customer". I was glad though to be interviewed by an experienced interviewer (you can see from his calmness...and he decribed the possible situations very well) so I could understand the job scopes better. Interview took more than 30 mins.
