I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Aegis (Killeen, TX) in Aug 2012
Interview
If Aegis does one thing right, it is their interviewing! After submitting an application online, I was called for a telephone interview. At the end of this interview I was invited in for an interview at a date and time. When I arrived there were many other job applicants. When I was called in, I was interviewed by two people. One person was a manager, and the other was an employee who did the same job I was applying to do. At the end of that interview I was taken back to the waiting room. I was called in soon later and asked to complete some tests online. I did the tests, and was again taken to the waiting room. I was called back again. This time I was interviewed by a floor manager.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
One of the questions they asked me was a long rapid math question.
The process was quite straightforward, involving an initial phone screening with a recruiter followed by one in-person interview with the hiring manager. The questions were mostly behavioral and easy to answer, focusing on past experiences using the STAR method. However, I was disappointed with the compensation offered; the salary was significantly lower than the industry average for this role, and there was little room for negotiation. This lack of a competitive offer was the main reason I decided not to move forward with the opportunity,
despite enjoying the seamless interview process.
The hiring process was organized. Just the typical or common interview questions. So make sure to practice and practice. You can let someone ask you the questions so you will get used to it.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Aegis in Jan 2023
