Lots of scheduling issues getting the first interview. They didn't dial in for the phone interview causing rescheduling and loss of wages at current position. after rescheduling the phone interview was very productive and professional in a 2 on 1 format.
Phone interview yielded an invite to the corporate HQ for a 1 on 1 interview. Interviewer was a senior manager who seemed disinterested from the outset of the interview. I noticed him staring into space during the second question. Interviewer was not attentive, seemed disengaged, and at the conclusion of the interview was borderline rude in sitting me in an empty office while to await someone to walk me out of the building. The interview ended very abruptly, very bizarre behavior from a major corporation. Its too bad they couldn't see past whatever template they think they need for an effective worker, but the interview was over before it started.
I would give pointers on preparation for questions but in my experience it really seemed that if the first interviewer had there way I would have received an offer. The second interviewer seemed to make a judgment during our introduction, there isn't much you can do to prepare for that.
