"50% match up to 8%, plus 6% on top, for a grand total of 10%. This is outstanding and I do not know of anyone who tops that. If you make $100 and max out your 401k, you're putting away $28k a year."

I don't have health insurance through them so I can only comment on their 401k and pension program. It is nice and the funds have been good for my retirement.

Every other Friday off!! And 3 weeks vacation/year, accrued by 10 hrs/month. And off between Christmas and New Years. And a few other random holidays: no complaints here on time off!
This was as a new hire. I'm not sure when that bumps to even more.
