"50% match up to 8%, plus 6% on top, for a grand total of 10%. This is outstanding and I do not know of anyone who tops that. If you make $100 and max out your 401k, you're putting away $28k a year."

Strictly paid a very high professional hourly salary. You are responsible for all your own benefits. Plenty of Overtime (O/T), Weekend & Holiday (O/T) pay opportunities all year long. Any hour worked past 40 hrs. is paid O/T.
