What a powerful and inspiring evening at our recent Thoughtworks Women Leaders in Tech Roundtable. We gathered senior leaders from the Public Sector, Energy, and BFSI for an open and honest conversation about the real struggles of managing legacy technology, and how this complexity impacts everything from innovation pipelines to talent development and career progression.
XConf Americas 2025 brought together technologists and curious minds to explore what’s next in software and technology. A proud moment for everyone at Thoughtworks. Wequity and Avtar have recognized Thoughtworks as one of India’s most inclusive workplaces for women in tech. This recognition reflects the everyday actions, support and commitment to creating a place where people can show up as themselves. Wequity named Thoughtworks the Most Inclusive Organization for Women in Tech in the IT Service category. Avtar and Seramount also recognized us as a winner in the Best Companies for Women in India 2025 study. A special highlight goes to our colleague Sujana Arul Selvi Alaguraj, recipient of the Wequity Tech Beacon Award 2025, with her work now part of the Wequity Hall of Fame. Inclusion becomes real through the stories we share and the people we uplift.
Dr. Sebastian Werner, Head of Data & AI Solutions at Thoughtworks, recently hosted AI Live! at #AWSreInvent, focused on scaling enterprise value with agentic AI. He shared why real transformation goes beyond small productivity gains from general-purpose GenAI and requires a shift toward interconnected AI systems that transform entire value streams. The session highlighted how trust, reliability and proven ROI are achieved in real-world environments, supported by Thoughtworks methods and the scale of Amazon Web Services (AWS). Powered up and ready to go. 💪 We kicked off the day with an energizing sunrise bodyweight strength class, led by Peloton Interactive. It was an incredible way to bring the community together and start the morning with focus and momentum. Thank you to everyone who showed up early and pushed their limits, and a special shoutout to our instructor, Emma Lovewell, for leading such a powerful session. The energy was a great reminder that the discipline you bring to your workout is the same discipline needed to turn ideas into impact.
