From NVIDIA GTC, one thing stood out: the conversation around AI is moving from possibility to practice. Topics like agentic AI, inference and scalable infrastructure are now tied to real enterprise decisions. Throughout the week, we focused on what it takes to move beyond pilots, modernize legacy systems and strengthen governance, including practical applications like graph-based approaches for fraud detection.

At our Ecuador office, we marked International Women’s Day by creating space for conversation, reflection and community. The gathering also introduced Women Care, a new community designed to support, connect and open ongoing conversations on topics that matter to women. Moments like this remind us that building community means creating spaces where we can support each other, learn together and continue growing.

Sharing real-world lessons on scaling mobile systems. Cecilia Geraldo Quijada from our Chile office spoke at an international React conference in Italy about a challenge many teams face: scaling a React Native application across more than 15 teams without losing clarity or ownership. Her session explored large-scale modularization as a practical, evolving approach grounded in strong technical foundations. The event also marked a personal milestone, her first time speaking in Europe, following talks in North America and at XConf 2025 in Brazil. A journey shaped by curiosity and a commitment to sharing knowledge across borders.
