Pros

Near to underground station and bus stops. Free meal on duty and uniform. Friendly colleagues. Free unlimited coffees and juices on duty.

Cons

You work as a receptionist-barman-sou chef-night auditor all of that in one night. No progression for the night team stuff.

Pros

People are laidback to work with and it is a good place to start in the field.

Cons

You are required to multi-task in many fields later on, such as the reception per se, but also reserves, food and beverage and night auditor all at once. Also, it is rare to promote from within. Also the manager sometimes are clueless to the well-being of its staff, mainly the front desk.
