Pros

namesake and discount for robots.

Cons

Petty and meticulous work environment. Everyone is micro-managing one another so much that deadlines and good opportunities to sell or market are being missed. Everyone is so dependent on this amazon acquisition that they are overspending and not giving proper care and attention to growing employees. It is truly a problem that many were given a sigh of relief when let go and many others are just searching for more opportunities to leave in the mean time. I had wished for a better everything or understanding of said 'culture' but it is just micromanaging and pointing blame. Most are covering their behinds or preparing to quit.

Pros

No outstanding pros to this team

Cons

Lack of skills and ability to lead. No checks and balances Team lacks integrity Team has limited skills to champion testers and customers. Bully tactics after team members expressed concerns when low performing employees made up their own job titles. The team is grossly overstaffed and doing minimal work Lack of people skills, empathy and knowledge of how to effectively run a team and improve processes. I was called on my personal cell after hours several times to hear complains about people in their personal life and issues they were facing No boundaries Refused to accept issues that needed to be resolved on the team and reacted by micromanaging, copying my work, and holding meetings to try to get team members to say things that undermine our progress Presented roadblocks, insecure, and had to be dealt with on a daily basis in order to effectively do work Ineffective and no respected on the team or in the industry Responded to feedback by having team members send daily inappropriate Slack messages to me each morning This team needs an HR review
