      the discount, love the girls I work with, get gift cards when you make goal

      They need to pay the employees more, need more employees, need video cameras in every store due to stealing

      Pros

      Personally, my manager was wonderful. Francesca's Collections is a cute place to work and they offered great discounts to their employees.

      Cons

      Senior management was somewhat stingy. They did not respect their employees and offered pretty bad pay. However, rarely interacted with them on a personal level.

      Pros

      They have very cute accessories and unique gift items that are easily found anywhere else.

      Cons

      The pay is not competitive at all for the position, and they are top level management is completely out of touch with what is going on in the stores. The small bonus incentives they do offer employees for making goal and stretch goal are not to be enjoyed for too long, because they raise your store's goal up to an unattainable level for the next month so that they won't have to pay out the bonuses. They do not show any type of employee appreciation and I would steer clear of this company at all levels!
