Working with my particular team was not pleasant, but I cannot say that is the case for the entire company.

Cons

My particular senior manager often came off as incompetent, rude, and unpleasant. Inconsistencies between regional policies often affected communication between stores, regions, and corporate.

Whatever you do, do not apply here! I had been working at Francesca's for over a year and it was terrible towards the end! The employees are the ones who make the company money and they aren't treated fairly. That was my main issue with the company, I felt like they treated all of us very poorly. It was be an ok job for a very short amount of time, but don't plan on staying any longer than 6 months...you'll start to resent it. The way things are run is very unorganized, there is a lot of tasks that are a waste of time and seem like random busy work. If you are into fashion and are creative at all do not try and work here, the merchandising style stifles your creativity! I did learn some important things about working in retail but besides that it was a bad place to work.
