I have been with Francesca's for two and a half years now. I started out as an associate and worked my way up to a key holder. I just interviewed for assistant manager, and should be finding out shortly if I got the position. *Fingers Crossed!* My experience at Francesca's has been great. Because each store is a little different, we have a lot of freedom in how we visually merchandise our store. This is one of my favorite aspects of the store because I get to express my creative side! I love that this company offers great incentives, like the bonuses we receive when we make plan for the month, and the gift cards we receive when we make stretch. We also receive a great employee discount.

Cons

-Having such a small staff can make it difficult when you have an emergency or suddenly get sick

it is so laid back, and fun to work for . the merchandise is very good quality, but yet so affordable. its bright and cheery and so pretty and unique to work in . such a nice boutique . the music is soft, and tranquil to shop in . and the customers that enter our boutiques has fun finding all our little treasures that we sell.

Cons

the only thing i have to say is the salary . but i am thinking becauzse the majority of the boutiques are low in volume . in any case , i have medical benefits and i work around the corner from where i live and the most important thing is that i am happy . my happiness is far more important that any amount of money .

I hated this place and was so happy to leave.

Cons

I opened the Boutuque that I was a Manager at, I worked 80 hours for 3 weeks. I didn't qualify for over time and I was being micro managed by my District Manager. I had no staff for one week! Plus she expected me to interview for other stores. I have never been so over worked in my life! They eventually let me go without any reason! Perhaps, I complained too much for them. I was so happy to leave!
