I feel that the pay rate is a little low for the responsibilities I hold. Also, internal promotions seem to be based on seniority not who would be best fit for the promotion, which makes it hard to move up.

Energetic but dramatic work environment of all women

Freedom to visually design store, work with returning costumers, and good benefits if monthly goals are reached.

Cons

All women makes for a dramatic and sometime unprofessional setting. Management was very immature and I often times felt more professional and that I had a stronger work ethic than my manager or assistant manager.
