There are no benefits for hourly employees Co-workers are cliquey Management can be passive-aggressive and rude for no reason, which tends to make things uncomfortable for employees Wages are not competitive whatsoever Hours are unfairly distributed amongst staff No bonuses for meeting goals In other words, the hours that are given along with the pay offered make the job not worth your time. You are better off working elsewhere, period. The cute clothing and items sure aren't worth the hassle as they are cheaply assembled. I would NEVER tell anyone to work for this company.

Micromanaging Psychotic regional and district managers, overworked and under appreciated BMRs, qualified ABMs being passed over bc the DM and RM play favorites. Being told that a good manager works at least 45 hours a week( with no additional incentive) but then scolded when you are burnt out bc you have to work 60 hours to cover shifts bc hours were cut yet again in the highest volume store!! Name dropping corporate climbing manipulators get ahead instead of people with integrity and Skills. Being ripped apart at every visit even when you followed directives down to the smallest detail. Company keeps expanding but does not nurture the stores and staff that helped the growth. Terrible pay for the hours worked and horrific treatment by leadership !!
